  • Nola Maurell will not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on your order.

Returns Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  • The items must be in its original condition and packaging along with a proof of purchase.
  • All items must be returned within 7 Days from the date of delivery in original packaging with hygiene liner attached.
  • Items returned after the 7-Day grace period; worn, washed, altered, or with tags detached by Nola Maurell will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • We have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges at our discretion.

Refunds

  • All refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, subject to any delays caused by your financial institution.
